Here are some new things we're planning for the store for daytime during the summer!

Beginning June 2, Every Monday and Wednesday we are designating as "Kit Day." We want you to bring your kits from the past and get them done. And we are going to reward you for getting them done!!! There will be a board at the store with all the participating names on it. You will mark every kit you complete on the board each week. The one with the most kits done from Monday, June 2 thru Wednesday, July 30, will win a $50 Gift Certificate! This includes only kits bought at Scrapbooks & More: (including Treehouse Memories kits, Copy Crop kits, Our Weekly Kits, Christmas kits, just whatever you have not completed.) Now you may come any time during those two days even if it's just on your lunch hour or for an hour after work. We just want you to get caught up and maybe have a little incentive to get busy! LOL This will begin Monday, June 2.

For all you teachers out there, we are having "Thursday's Teachers" during the summer. This is a day for you to come and scrapbook. Put those kids in Mom's Day out and enjoy one day a week getting your books caught up. This a day to honor you. We will furnish snacks and drinks and give away a small door prize each week. This is for any teacher presently teaching or retired. Come join us for your special day this summer! This will begin Thursday, June 5.

We are also having 5-10-15 Fridays this summer. We will have a layout that costs $5, contains 10 pieces, and takes 15 minutes to put together! Yep, you read it right. We will have all the papers cut and all your embellishments ready to attach to a simple $5 layout. Now, we can't help if you work like Mr. and Mrs. Slowsky, so you might need a little more than 15 minutes, but that is ok! We don't care if it takes you all day, we will enjoy your company :-) This is a great way to spend your lunch hour....go by and grab a sandwich, come eat with us, create a layout, and be back at work in an hour. You will only need your very basic supplies.

We think this is a great plan to get your scrapbooking caught up this summer!

We have new merchandise in the store. There is a new cruise or nautical theme in with the red, blue, white colors. We have some wonderful new "paradise" paper and stickers in stock. There is a new line of paper for boys in navy/orange/brown colors and for girls in pink/blue/green colors. We have a few more of the new Page Maps books in stock. Be checking with us later in the week for more fun things coming in.

BOGO.....the sale has continued. But now you may buy one of one product and get one of equal or lesser value free. Just check the basic at the counter for fun paints, glimmer mist, and re-inkers for your distress pads.

Please make sure you are down for any kits this month and next. Sometimes when we just offer kits, people forget to sign up for these.

The last two Senior Book Kits are "Graduation" and "Hats Off". I know I'm behind on these, but I hope to have both layouts ready for you by May 30. Please email me and make sure you are either on the list or if you want on the list. Also, Baby Baby for May is "Title Page/Pocket Page".....June is "My Birth Story/What's in a Name." Let us know if you are interested in either of those kits. Next Thursday night at 6:00, will be the "Our Family Pets" class. Sign up quickly if you want to come to this class. The family series continues with "Someone I Want You to Know" in June. There is also a "School's Out for Summer" kit available the last day of May.

If you are not checking the BLOG regularly, please do so. When we put merchandise and layouts on the BLOG, they fly out the door and we don't want you to miss out.

We are only going to be open this Saturday, May 24, from 9:30-12:30. We are closing for the afternoon and will be closed on Monday, May 26 for Memorial Day. So please come see us before then if you need anything for the long weekend. We hope that you have a very restful weekend and remember our soldiers who have given their lives for our country.
